Now, you have a rare chance to own the last mixed brick of playing cards (6 red / 6 blue) in the world, taken directly from the collection of the legendary magician that brought them to life.

What are "Bicycle Gold Standard Playing Cards?"

For years, magicians and card enthusiasts clamored for world-renowned magician Richard Turner to create a deck "Bicycle Rider Back Playing Cards" using the same quality materials and standards as his legendary "Gamblers Playing Cards" and "Bee Playing Cards".

Finally, that dream has become a reality with the "Bicycle Gold Standard Playing Cards". Secured in a tuck box with a bright gold seal, these innovative playing cards are an affordable premium alternative to an ordinary deck of playing cards. They feel incredible in your hands right out of the box as they’ve been specifically designed to improve the performance of magicians, gamblers and card mechanics.

Printed by the USPCC on flexible, yet extremely durable, Bee stock and pressed to a very specific thinness, "Richard Turner Gold Seal Playing Cards" are custom crafted to help better execute essential sleight of hand moves like bottom deals and center deals. A careful embossing also ensures the cards integrity remains intact while enabling it to properly breathe and prevent any hiccups caused by finger moisture.

However, the most important aspect of "Bicycle Gold Standard Playing Cards" is undoubtedly its traditional cut. This signature feature was manufactured using Richard Turner’s stringent specifications to ensure each playing card had edges that flawlessly interlaced to produce crisp clean shuffles, particularly for more difficult techniques like the one-handed shuffle or faro shuffle.

Per popular demand, a blank-facer and matching jokers are also included with every deck of "Bicycle Gold Standard Playing Cards" for enhanced card magic potential.

Just remember, those who demand the best should always look for the Gold Label on their deck of cards certifying that it is has been “Traditionally Cut for the Professionals.”

NOTE: Only the mixed bricks have been taken from Richard Turner's personal collection. They cannot be separated. Any remaining single decks available are from a different print run that is unassociated with his personal collection.

Absolutely love these cards. One of my all time favorite decks. Richard certainly knows what he’s talking about when it comes to these cards, only downside, I wish I had ordered more!

The greatest deck of all time!
It's thin, flexable, durable and lasting, which is why it's the best choice
Great handling out of the box, faro and table trick as well.

Definitely a must-have

Richard Turner is without doubt the genius of cards. His cupboard is swarming with decks and then some.
His work over the years of card manipulation is outstanding and he just keeps going. So, when they approached him to give out the feel of the deck he would like to have it was a no brainer.
My wife was getting me a present so it was going to be this deck. I kept one sealed and opened one. I can honestly say the feel and working of these cards are absolutely brilliant and are what a genius from Richard Turner would and should be. Its a pleasure to have what this man knows and am glad I have them.

Best cards that exist i bought 100+ decks. That's why they are out of stock.

These are the droids...uh, cards you're looking for.

These "standard" Bicycle playing cards are not so standard. Gold Standard decks are manufactured via Richard Turner's exacting specifications and these cards handle exceptionally well. The main feature of these decks are the cards are traditionally cut. Which means when the cards are cut from their sheet, the cutting die is pressed at the face of the cards as opposed to the backs which is standard for the present day manufacturing process at USPCC.

Faro shuffling, table faros, a variety of shuffling and general card/deck handling is so much easier using traditionally cut decks. These decks cost a little more, but if you're a really serious card worker, these decks are a superb choice.

Highly recommended.

My go to cards, highly recommended!

Simply the best playing cards i have ever held in my hands. Feel amazing straight out of the box and they last a very long time, longer than regular bikes. Comes with a very useful blank card for magic Highly recommended playing cards. Grabbed a brick and soon getting some more.

These are the cards to use if you do gambling related stuff on a table surface. Personally, I do not like the new, thin paperboard qualities produced by Carta Mundi and USPCC for this type of work, since they are flimsy and crimps go out quickly. Further, estimation is a bit easier with a regular deck. The high quality cut (traditional cut for easy tabled faros) and the Casino quality card stock make the Gold Seal Bikes a joy to handle.

I love these cards. Super smooth. They last a LOOOONG time and maintain their handling properties. Highly recommend.

I've never had better cards!

A couple years ago when these decks were discontinued and selling below market value I purchased all the remaining stock. I could get my hands on and I managed to collect 6 bricks of red stock.

Since then I have been fortunate enough to collect some of Richard's signed decks.

I may be crazy, but in my mind the decks that will stand the test of time as the best decks ever produced for practicing magicians will be the Gold Standards and the two Superior Robusto Decks.

My new favourite deck.
These are just superb cards. Incredible, solid stock, pliable yet firm, perfect thickness. Standard cut for beautiful faro'ing. A joy to use and work with and handle. It's just a shame they're apparently (?) now out of production.

Without a doubt the best feeling cards I've ever held in my hands. If you want a serious cut above - order these.

This is the best Bicycle deck Variation I've ever used. Because This is acutally Bee stock, it lasts longer than normal Bicycles, and is particularly strong for tablework using Riffle Shuffle. Recommend it!

The cards are fantastic. I was extremely surprised at how quick the cards arrived. Again Vi, always go above and beyond on their customer service. They have terrific products and over the top customer service.

Barry and

These cards are a steal at this price.

Great card for my practice sessions. Handle beautifully for all my shuffle, Faro shuffle work.

Aside from the novelty of “I now own a brick of cards from !!Richard Turner’s Own Personal Collection!!”, I have to say that these are the finest bikes I’ve ever used.

In the box, you get one blank face card, two matching jokers, and a neat Richard Turner card with the back face being a note of praise from Dai Vernon himself.

They’re traditionally cut and faro beautifully. I’ve given a few packs away to close friends who are better magicians/cardists than I, but the remaining decks will be hidden away and only used for special occasions. :p

A wonderful thing, indeed.

These decks feel great! Printed by the USPCC on their Bee stock they Faro right out of the box and still after they're broken in! They come with a blank facer which is OK, but it seems that I can do more with a double backer, but I already have plenty, so all is well. They are insanely priced for a brick! I strongly recommend you give one of these decks a try, I think you'll be sold!

Excellent cards! I have some from when Richard first offered them. But, thought they were of the quality having backups, while available, couldn't hurt!

These cards are my favorite to work with. The stock is the same as Bee brand cards and they last longer than regular Bicycle cards. They make certain sleights easier to do and learn.

A must have .

Now let me say and be specific about the gold standard REPRINTS. They have surpassed there original cards by a high mile. Stock feels completely updated not at all like a regular bicycle deck as the original did. The only reason this review isnt getting an excellent is because there out of print. And its unfortunate many people wont be able to feel this newly updated deck of gold standards. I would like to say this is the future of playing cards right here. Hopefully more will be printed for many to experience.

  • Alexander asks: Can you please tell me if - the mixed bricks have been taken from Richard Turner's personal collection. Why are they marked up as pre-order and do not seem to be the limited edition stated in the order drop down?

    • 1. Jim answers: The stock is being sent to us in batches. The first batch sold out, and the forthcoming batch is on pre-order, as it is not in our warehouse yet.

  • Wesley asks: These decks are not available by the brick as they once were on Richard Turner's website. The only option available at this time, is one may purchase a set of three red-backed gold seal decks with his autograph on each. Several months ago, I submitted a question to him asking if these decks would be available for bulk purchase again. I have yet to receive a reply. So... My questions are: 1. Do you know if the production of these decks are going to continue? 2. If not, regarding the supplies that are on hand (whatever that might be) are gone, is this going to be the end of the Gold Seal decks? Thanks!

    • 1. Vanishing Inc. Magic responds: Yup. These are the last of them. We are the only place to get them. When they are gone, they are gone. No plans to remake them. e
