Fixing a Mistake

Like all companies, we make the occasional mistake. We try incredibly hard not to, but things can move pretty quickly in our warehouses, and even though every order is checked twice, sometimes something slips through the net and we miss something out of an order.

That happened recently with a customer's order. He emailed to say how disappointed he was that an item he needed urgently was missing from his order. Arrrggh. But that's where the team did something that nobody would expect; not even us! They realised that he lived about an hour or so from the warehouse, and as soon as they received his email, they jumped into a car and hand-delivered the missing item!

We're really proud of Kyle, Tim, and Nathan for taking this initiative and thankful for our customer for allowing us to post the photo that they snapped!

This level of customer service is what keeps companies in business.
