Vanishing Inc. reserves the right to change the terms of the Black Friday 2023 sale at any point for any reason. Products added in the last 30 days, or custom-made items, may not be eligible for discounts.
Due to certain restrictions, Vanishing Inc. is unable to offer free shipping to these countries: Algeria, Argentina, Australia, Barbados, Brazil, China, Colombia, Falkland Islands, Georgia, India, Indonesia, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Malaysia, Morocco, New Zealand, Oman, Pakistan, Peru, Philippines, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, Tunisia, United Arab Emirates.
Vanishing Inc. Black Friday 2023 Gift Card Giveaway Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before participating in the Vanishing Inc. Black Friday G iveaway (the "Promotion"). By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Promotion Period:
The Vanishing Inc. Black Friday 2023 Gift Card Giveaway begins on November 20, 2023, at 7:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and ends on November 29, 2023, at 11:59 PM ET (the "Promotion Period").
Eligibility:
The Promotion is open to legal residents of any eligible territories who are 18 years of age or older. Void where prohibited by law.
Entry Method:
During the Promotion Period, eligible participants will automatically receive one daily entry for any purchase made between 12:00am and 11:59pm ET on that given day.
No Purchase Necessary:
No purchase is necessary to enter or win the Promotion. Participants may also enter by sending an email to magic@vanishingincmagic.com. The subject line should be formatted as follows: "Gift Card Entry - (First Name, Last Name)(Date: MM/DD/YYYY format].
Daily Entry Limit:
Regardless of the method used, Participants may only enter the Promotion once daily. Each individual is limited to one entry per person per day.
Prizes:
There will be a total of ten (10) winners daily, each receiving a gift card worth $50. Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries each day of the Promotion Period and announced on the following day.
Winner Announcement:
The daily winners will be notified via the email address attached to the individual’s account. Winners must claim their prize within 7 days of notification.
Multiple Wins:
Each eligible Participant may only win one gift card during the entire Promotion Period. Once they have won, they are not eligible to win again.
Prize Conditions:
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Any taxes associated with the receipt of any prize are the sole responsibility of the winners.
Publicity:
By participating in the Promotion, winners grant Vanishing Inc. the right to use their name and likeness for promotional and advertising purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Privacy:
Personal information collected during the Promotion will be used in accordance with Vanishing Inc.'s Privacy Policy.
General Conditions:
Vanishing Inc. reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion, or these terms and conditions, for any reason at its discretion. The Promotion is subject to all applicable international, federal, state, and local laws and regulations, all of which are the responsibility of the winner.
Limitation of Liability:
Vanishing Inc. and its affiliates are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participants or equipment, or for any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries or the administration of the Promotion. It is the responsibility of the Participant to ensure their own eligibility for the Promotion.
By participating in the Vanishing Inc. Black Friday Giveaway, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not participate in the Promotion.
