It's a HUGE sale and we know that you probably have questions. While you can still email us or use our live chat at any time, our response times might be slower than usual. Our Support Wizards are working around the clock to get your questions answered and our current response time during the sale is anywhere from 24-48 hours.

How does the Buy 3, Get 1 Free Deal work?

Any magic produced by Vanishing Inc. is eligible for this deal. This includes magic tricks, books, downloads, accessories, and playing cards. And it works on every increment of four items you buy.

Add in any four VI products to your cart and the lowest-priced item will instantly become free. Add in eight items and the two lowest-priced items will be free. And so on.

For Example: If you add, Melero Rings, Trojan Deck, Homer Liwag's Masterclass and Opticks, you'd get the Melero Rings for free! So you are instantly saving $45.

How do the free gifts work?

Anyone who places an order will get an incredible download bundle for free, no matter how much you spend! On top of that, we also have tiers of free gifts based on your total spend featuring different bestselling magic tricks for you to choose from. These are cumulative. So if you spend $100 today, you can pick from the great free gifts from the $100 tier. But if you come back in two days and spend another $100, you can pick from the $200 tier!

Why aren't you responding to my emails?

As noted above, our response times will be slower than usual during the Black Friday. We are currently asking that you please give us 24-48 hours to respond. That being said, it's also possible that we've already responded. Please check your "spam", "junk" or "promotions" folder if you don't hear from us within that time frame before following up.

If you do follow up, please respond to the ORIGINAL EMAIL you sent. Starting a new email chain may cause further delays in your response. Additionally, if you do find our email went to your spam folder, please move it to the "inbox" to prevent your email client from incorrectly filtering future important emails.

Why hasn’t my order shipped yet?

This Black Friday is anticipated to be the biggest sale Vanishing Inc. has ever offered. We have already hired extra help and our entire team will be working day and night to get you your exciting new magic as fast as humanly possible.

During Black Friday, we will be working around the clock to get you your exciting new magic as fast as possible. However, we are unable to guarantee that we will be able to meet our usual standard of processing and shipping an order on the same day that it is placed.

Please also note that orders placed after 12pm PT on Fridays are likely to not be shipped until the following Monday.

While delays are inevitable, we are doing whatever we can to keep them at a minimum. Thank you in advance for your patience.

Where is my order? / How do I track my order?

You can track your order anytime in your Vanishing Inc. account or by clicking this link vanishingincmagic.com/account/orders.

Please note that Vanishing Inc. does not have any control over a package once it’s left our warehouse. During the busy holiday season, it's not uncommon for the delivery service to experience some slight delays.

We encourage you to shop early if possible to avoid any complications. However, if you find your package has not moved or had its tracking status updated in more than 7 days, please let our Support Wizards know.

Can I add something to an order I just placed or combine two orders?

No. To ensure our shipping process is as streamlined and fast as possible, we have suspended the ability to adjust an order once its been placed during the Black Friday sale. Any additional items will need to be purchased as part of a new order.

We also are unable to combine multiple different orders. They will be processed and sent separately.

We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

How do I cancel an order?

You must reach out to a Support Wizard immediately after recognizing the error. Please be advised that, during Black Friday, any order that has been processed and is being prepared to enter the shipping queue will not be eligible for cancellation.

This applies to duplicate orders, accidental orders or any other reason for cancellation during Black Friday.

In the case of duplicate orders or accidental orders, please contact our Support Wizards before the items arrive. They will help find the best solution for returning them. Please do not remove them from their original packaging or use them in any way. Doing so will immediately void the ability to return them.

Why were only some of my items shipped?

With 1,000s of orders being shipped throughout Black Friday, we’re doing everything we can to streamline the process as much as possible. As such, any product delays (e.g. stock issues or technical glitches) are handled handled separately.

This means, if any issues arise, the warehouse team will send the available portion of your order as is. Any outstanding products will then enter their own designated queue and be handled on a case-by-case basis. Once resolved, they will be shipped to you at no extra cost. While this generally only takes 24-48 hours, no time frame can be guaranteed during the Black Friday sale.

In most cases, you’ll automatically receive an email when only part of your order is shipped. It may end up in your “spam” or “promotions” folder. Please check there before reaching out to us. If you don’t receive an email within 24 hours of your partial order being shipped, please contact our Support Wizards.

Additionally, some of your items may have been instant magic downloads that didn’t need to be shipped. Check your Vanishing Inc. account or head to vanishingincmagic.com/account/downloads to watch all your downloads and lectures.

Can I change my address after placing an order?

Address change requests must be made immediately. Every hour that passes after your order is placed significantly reduces the chances of making a successful address change.

You can change your own address by heading to your Vanishing Inc. account, clicking “your orders” and then clicking the date next to the order you’re looking to change. If an address change is possible, a “change shipping address” link will be available under your address on the order.

If that link is not there, the only way to change your address is to contact a Support Wizard. Please include the address in your first email and they will assess if it is possible. Due to an overwhelming amount of inquiries, Vanishing Inc. cannot guarantee that address change requests will be honored.

What do I do if my order is being sent to the wrong address?

If an order is being shipped to the wrong address, please email our Support Wizards immediately.

The ability of the Support Wizards to provide a resolution is significantly decreased once the package has been officially delivered to the wrong address.

Why aren’t my discount codes working?

Due to the large discounts already being offered, all discount codes are disabled during Black Friday. If you attempted to use one and it didn’t work, the code will remain active. You will be able to use it after the sale concludes.

Will gift cards or store credit work during Black Friday?

Store credit and gift cards will work as normal, unless the gift cards were purchased during Black Friday. Any gift cards purchased between November 14, 2022, and December 4, 2022, will not be eligible for use until December 5, 2022.

This excludes any gift cards acquired through the redemption of Vanishing Inc. Points. Those can be used at any time.

Can I have a larger discount or bulk discount?

Black Friday features our biggest discounts ever. 1,000s of items have been reduced to a price that is lower than anything we’ve ever offered. We truly believe this Black Friday event couldn’t get any better.

So, additional discounts or bulk discounts are not available during Black Friday.

What should I do if I need to follow up on a question?

Please note that our Support Wizards are a dedicated team of professional magicians working 24/7 to answer all your questions. Every inquiry will be responded to within 24 to 48 hours. If you don’t receive a response, please check your “spam” or “promotions” folder before following up.

If you do need to follow up, please follow up to the original email. Starting a brand-new email chain for each response may significantly delay your response time.

What is Vanishing Inc.’s phone number?

Vanishing Inc. does not currently have an inbound phone number. For the quickest responses, please email wizards@vanishingincmagic.com or use our live chat. If it’s determined that a phone call is necessary to resolve your issue, a Support Wizard will arrange a time to call you. Please note that, due to significantly higher than usual support request volume, requiring a call may lead to longer wait times for your answer.
